The location was convenient, close to food options, but my room had a broken AC, uncomfortable.

Easy check-in, late check-out.

Variety of options, awesome food.

I was horrified to find cockroaches in my room, just the cherry on top of my miserable stay. I would have thought a place like this would offer a complimentary upgrade, but no, just flat sheets and a wobbly toilet. Needless to say, i'm shocked they won't take my feedback seriously and improve.

hotel looks exactly the same as on the photo! room was facing the road with a balcony, we didn't notice the noise as such. convenient parking in the hotel courtyard, always had a free space for the car in the evening. Cleaning was daily and floor was well washed, was immediately visible on white socks. There is a laundry for 90 cents on the ground floor. staff spoke very clearly and always answered our questions in detail and willingly. Most of the guests were Japanese, Koreans and Europeans. Apart from the staff, few people met in the elevator, parking lot was 40% rented cars. As we moved around by car, we also liked the proximity of the gas station. From the hotel to the free beach of Toumon with a huge parking lot and tables for recreation, road took about 5-7 minutes.

The Internet in the room did not work practically in the first two days, but then it was restored and it appeared. Since our room was one of the farthest from the hall, the speed was average. In the lobby, the Internet was great. Often, after a walk, we'd sit there on air-conditioned sofas.

Most of the staff are rude and are not willing to help. No service mind whatsoever. Do not seem to care about the customers. The housekeepers are also rude and did not do a great job at cleaning the room. Wi-fi is not stable and is very slow. Will not recommend this place to anybody.

The location was convenient with a mini mart just across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. I appreciated the smoke shop located right below the hotel, easy to grab anything I needed.

staff always smiles, came at night, immediately checked in. You could order your own taxi, will pick you up at the airport for an extra fee. In general, as it turned out, beach is 15 minutes away by foot, nobody walks there, not even a path along the road. So, taxi is like a shuttle that takes you to the beach every 3 hours. if you're going to check into this hotel, book your car right away. Opposite the hotel, 30 meters away, there's a shop with everything you need, just a little further along the way to the beach. location. If there is a car, location, price, quality is excellent. room has a microwave, fridge, kettle, safe, balcony. Cleaned up every day, changed towels. beach ipao is the most beautiful on the island, it is the beach to which the road from the hotel leads. Next to the outlet, where shopping and food. On the way to the outlet there is a restaurant Denis, can be reached after a gas station 3 minutes, gas station on the corner with a large road. beach is chic, sea is beautiful, there are a lot of fish, take masks and slippers if you want to swim on corals with more fish. car was taken in sixe, on the Russian rights, all driving quietly, no one overtakes, movement is completely safe, as traffic lights are made correctly for the distribution of the flow. Drive to Tamwing Beach, is on the other side of the island, to the natural pool and observatory. At the observatory, if fans can go down to the depths and rhytindian point on mine is closed for several years. sea is very beautiful!!!

There's not enough small stove for cooking in the room. Stock up on prescriptions for the microwave.

The bed was comfy and the room was reasonably large❤

The staff, especially Yvonne, were super helpful, arranged my airport ride. The location is great for nearby dining and easy access to the island. Only downside? The bathroom could've been cleaner. A good budget option.

Thr shuttle service esp. JOHN our driver. He was accomodating and on time. We also like the two staffs Char and Alea. Very accomodating and with SMILE.. Thank you guys.

While staying here with my adult kids, we enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and indulging in the local cuisine at spots like GPO. Our room was clean, and Yvonne at the front desk made our arrival smooth, even arranging transportation for us.

My wife says that the pool area could use some improvement for families with kids.

It was close to the airport and very low price. It had air conditioning in each room even though the center of the hotel was a completely open atrium. The room was also very clean and the beds comfortable enough. It was the perfect choice after a long night of trying to get a flight out of Guam and suddenly needing a place to sleep that we hadn't budgeted for.

The room was a bit shabby. The curtains were fixed and unable to pull open.

The staff, especially all front desk people, are excellent, friendly and go out of their way to assist you.
