i was absolutely horrified to find cockroaches in my room, which was just the cherry on top of my miserable stay. i would have thought a place like this would offer a complimentary upgrade, but no, just flat sheets and a wobbly toilet. needless to say, i'm shocked they won’t take my feedback seriously and improve.

I had a fantastic time during my 3-night stay! The location was convenient with a mini mart just across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. I appreciated the smoke shop located right below the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything I needed.

While staying here with my adult kids, we enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and indulging in the local cuisine at spots like GPO. Our room was clean, and Yvonne at the front desk made our arrival smooth, even arranging transportation for us.
My wife says that the pool area could use some improvement for families with kids.

The location is convenient, being just a half-mile away from the airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Yvonne at the front desk, who arranged my airport ride. The room was clean, with a nice, cold fridge, a balcony for fresh air, and reliable Wi-Fi access. Check-in was efficient, and I even appreciated the quick assistance with transportation.
The bathroom could use better upkeep.

Super comfy room with air conditioning, microwave, private bathroom, and nice balcony view. Iron and alarm clock handy. Great towels and toiletries like body soap and shampoo. Liked the tea/coffee maker too and a wardrobe for storage. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus!
